Advertising with 5inchrail couldn’t be simpler...
Decide which placement you want and send us a ready made image, an image(s) that we can create your advert from. Alternatively send a link to your website and we’ll do the rest.
When your ad has been created we will place it on a sample page at a temporary address giving you the opportunity to look at it in your own time and have any adjustments made. Then decide how long you would like your advert to appear on 5inchrail. Payments are calculated on a per calendar month (or multiple of months) basis unless otherwise stated.
If you enter into an agreement, and on receipt of your first payment, to advertise
on the 5inchrail website you will be deemed to have agreed to the following conditions:-
Once you are happy with the sample advert we will confirm the start date and duration for your advert and request payment. Payments are made in advance using paypal. You do not need a paypal account it will accept all major credit cards (other payment methods may be available). Receipt of your payment will constitute the start of the agreement between you and 5inchrail.
We will keep your advert on 5inchrail for the agreed time.
Please note that if you decide to extend the appearance of your advert on 5inchrail
the same space may no longer be available if another advertiser has pre-
We make every effort to ensure that 5inchrail is available at all times on the Internet. We have chosen our webspace provider carefully to gain maximum uptime of the 5inchrail site on the internet but we can not be held responsible for downtime or disruption of the 5inchrail site caused by any failure beyond our control.
All sizes are approximate and any agreement will be based upon the look and placement of your advert at the time of the agreement taking place.
We reserve the right to remove, without refund, any advert which, makes claims which are or appear to be untrue or misleading, which is or appears to be offensive, breaks any laws or which we consider to be detrimental to 5inchrail, our customers or visitors to our site. We will also remove any item if instructed to do so by any legal, or government body (i.e. a court, the police etc). Anybody entering into an agreement to advertise on 5inchrail undertakes not to pursue any legal action against 5inchrail or its owners or operators if we fail to honour an agreement due to the aforementioned reasons.
All disputes and/or legal actions will only be dealt with under the law in England and any actions brought against 5inchrail or its owner(s) can only be undertaken in a court of law on the English mainland.
